Job Description

As Kidan continues to evolve and expand, we are actively seeking an innovative, driven, and versatile Business Development and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating our business growth and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of activities, from developing business expansion plans and analyzing market trends to managing branding efforts and organizing impactful local and online events. This multifaceted position offers an exciting opportunity for substantial professional growth, allowing you to significantly influence our market presence and business development.

The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of IT management and security, combined with a strong background in marketing. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the evolving needs of a human-sized company will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement business development plans to enhance market presence and business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, aligning efforts for maximized business performance.
  • Manage and lead marketing activities, including but not limited to branding, organizing local and online events, optimizing communications, and public relations efforts.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing strategies to support business development goals and improve brand visibility.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business objectives.
  • Establish and foster productive B2B relationships to enhance our brand visibility and business growth.
  • Provide regular, insightful updates, and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Swiss residency
  • Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced business environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT management and security concepts.
  • Fluent in English and French; German and Italian proficiency is a plus.
