What you will be doing

You will be a core part of Stint’s sales team – responsible for leading Stint’s growth and revenue through signing up and onboarding new business (360 sales cycle).

You will be selling face to face to businesses across London. This will include; sourcing businesses that you think would benefit from Stint, explaining the services that we can offer, taking these businesses through the onboarding funnel, and nurturing them at the start of their Stint journey,

  • Sourcing new businesses opportunities that can benefit from Stints services through online and on the ground research.
  • Pitching Stints services to prospecting businesses and be able to explain how these services can benefit both revenue and profitability.
  • Onboard new businesses and help integrate Stints services to drive the best possible results for the business.
  • Help nurture these businesses through the first 4 weeks to makes sure Stints services are benefiting the business.
  • Networking and events. You will be expected to constantly network within your territory, building relationships with key players. You may also be asked to attend networking events and trade shows across the UK to help spread the word about Stint.
  • CRM and organisation. Adding new companies, updating notes whilst out and about, and moving your businesses through the sales funnel. At Stint we make data lead decisions and as such, every interaction needs to be recorded. This is a fast-paced role and being well organised will put you in the best place to succeed.

  • Comfortable with targeting new business (prospecting)
  • Social, conversational, and friendly – you love meeting new people and can strike up natural and enjoyable conversations with anyone, making people feel at ease.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Driven, resilient and persistent – Sales isn’t for everyone. Ability to manage your emotions and take positive learnings from rejections you will face.
  • Hospitality lover, and a passion for wanting to support high street & local businesses.
  • Ideally have proven sales experience in a fast moving environment
  • Experience and confidence pitching things to people who are passionate about their product
  • Be able to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients
  • Be able to take ownership and work within demanding targets
