We welcome innovative and strategic ideas that will help us achieve our goals.

About Us:

This Life Cambodia (TLC) is an Australian-registered, award-winning community development organisation. Working in collaboration, we challenge poverty, reduce inequality and improve the quality of life of individuals and communities. Details of our work can be found at thislife.ngo and via our recent annual report.

This Life is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident and ambitious individual to occupy the role of Business Development Manager. We are keen to meet individuals with a business and/or market development background who can help expand This Life’s new and existing development activities.

In line with this, and with support from a dedicated team, the Business Development Manager will explore, identify and engage in the process of project development and resource mobilisation – securing external funds and investment to match the ambition of the development work. This role is challenging and requires a creative and entrepreneurial personality that is capable of engaging new people with persuasive new ideas that deliver impact within and amongst communities, community settings and communities of interest.

If you have a business development background from either the public, private or voluntary sector or have experience in developing new meaningful ideas from inception to launch, we are keen to hear from you.

At This Life, we prioritize the safety and well-being of the children under our care. As a community organization, we are highly committed to Child Protection and have established a strict child protection policy to ensure that children are not exposed to abuse, exploitation, violence, or neglect. It is mandatory for all This Life staff and associates to act in accordance with this policy at all times.

We are also committed to providing a workplace that promotes dignity, equality, and respect for all. We encourage women, people with disabilities, and people from the LGBTQI+ community to join our team. We believe that diversity and inclusivity are essential to achieving our mission and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

If you share our values and are passionate about community development, we look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you aboard This Life.
