Build market position by locating, developing, and defining business relationships at the district and state level within K12, as well as within relevant community college systems
Work with HCL employees to help them act as HCL brand ambassadors with their Alma Mater .
Ensure the staffing needs of the program are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
Deliver Presentations at meetings and events to promote the value of our apprenticeship program and facilitate enrollments
Take responsibility for forecasting and consistent review of performance
Maintain partner accounts and lead quarterly partnership reviews with key stakeholders
Monitor recruitment and admissions teams to ensure partner leads are followed up with as agreed and that they are being moved through the admissions cycle
Provide administrative services and coordinate reporting of DOL apprenticeship training in accordance with predetermined standards
Update lead status and all prospect interaction
Provide weekly activity report to management
Conduct bootcamps/ Virtual instructor lead training as needed
Conduct on demand work session to audience
Participate in training planning conversations with Business units to tailor content as needed
Coach/train students on their self- learning journey of programing and software development skills online
Hold group or individual conversations with students to cover technology concepts
Respond to technical queries of students.
Administer, track and manage learning/ training projects.
