Job Description
- Lead the Marketing team to serve the business unit, the Keppel O&M Group and customers in line with group business objectives and commitments
- Lead the marketing team to respond to tender bids, enquiries and contract review activities with customers
- Develop and foster working relationship with potential customers, as well as connect and enhance strong client relations with existing customers
- Be sensitive to industry trends and developments so as to explore and exploit business opportunities
- Develop business strategies to spearhead future growth of the Company’s business by identifying and evaluating new market potential and business opportunities
- Responsible for Marketing Department operational budget and training programmes
- Manage the career development and training of the marketing team
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Marketing discipline
- At least 8 years of marketing experience in a management position
- A good understanding of the industry, market conditions and Company’s present conditions
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Good understanding of contractual matters
- Good technical knowledge of rigs, ships and offshore platforms
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good understanding of business protocols and relationship building with clients
- Able to travel at short notice
