Location: India, UAEHours: Mon to FridayTime: 8:00 AM ��� 5:00 PM (PST)Compensation: As per industry standardsMLOGICA is looking for a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:Adept in acquiring new customers and developing business strategies that increases product awareness, market share and company profitabilityAn unwavering commitment to client servicing, with the ability to build productive relationship, resolve complex issues by identifying client needs and win customer loyaltySound experience in IT Sales, preparing strategic plans, with thorough knowledge of hardware/ software products and cloud technologyAppreciated by the client, for providing appropriate solution for their requirement in given timelineAbility to train and manage individuals from varying backgrounds, while promoting team valuesLiaison with Microsoft stakeholders to drive business for MicrosoftCollaborate with account managers and their technical teams in Microsoft across all segments to acquire new customers and move their on premise environment to MicrosoftPlan customer events with Microsoft to create awareness and promote MicrosoftWork closely with the technical team to help customers optimiseDrive database migration and SAP Education opportunities in partnership with Oracle (US) and SAP respectivelyManage sales for entire Microsoft product portfolio (West region), Office 365Grow existing business relationships and acquire new businessEstablish professional relationship up to executive level along with key business decision makersCollaborate with global team on global accountsWork with partners and technical specialists to build and deploy territory plansSpearhead IT business development, EMC, VMware Account Management initiatives for virtualization, storage and backup (for West region) at VDA InfosolutionsHandle key customer relationshipsConduct market research for sales operations, account management & business development of the companyAnalyse latest marketing trends and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategiesIdentify new untapped markets for launching products, developing excellent relationships with key existing accounts and generating business from the Email camping etc.
