Business Development Internship (m/f/d)

Crashtest Security is a cyber security startup located in the heart of Munich. We are a team of tech lovers, that makes the IT Security space interesting, even for non-techies. We are pioneering in the multi billion dollar market of automated vulnerability assessments (penetration testing), which is growing at over 25% annually. We are offering an innovative SaaS solution, which allows modern development teams to perform a full security assessment of the web application with a click of a button. With a strong client base, including Ottonova, Flixbus and Datev, we are now looking at the global expansion of our product and want you in our team.

Tasks

As a business development intern you will get the chance to gain valuable insights into the Salees, marketing and customer success departments of a growing start-up. This gives you the chance to experience a lot of different tasks that will challenge you in various ways. For excellent performance within the internship there is the possibility for a full time offer afterwards. Your tasks include:

• Strategic tasks such as the conception of new outreach campaigns, planning of content pieces and growth hacking
• Growing the customer base by reaching out to prospects and leads
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and realise upsell potentials with existing customers
• Preparing weekly and monthly KPI reporting and data quality assurance in the CRM

Requirements

• Bachelor (3rd semester or higher) or master student in business administration or with a similar focus or a finished apprenticeship in the area of economics or previous work experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in the area of business development or sales in a start-up
• Ability and willingness to excel in a dynamic start-up environment
• Your hands-on mentality helps you to quickly achieve set goals and you are willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to understand a technical product quickly and present it
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in German and English
• Technical interest
