Projects Clinic Consulting (PCC) is a MENA-based consultancy company that specializes in providing a variety of consulting services including capacity building, economic development, research and M&E, translation and other services. PCC is based in Turkey and operates in Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Lebanon, Ukraine and Libya. Expected Role

PCC is looking for fresh graduate and undergraduate students and junior experts to join its Business Development department to support the teams in writing proposals to develop the business and growth of the organization. The candidate should have very strong writing and speaking skills in English and any other language within the countries of operation (Arabic, Ukrainian, French, etc.).

Key Tasks:

  • Support the BD in preparing and drafting technical proposals for different consulting services: capacity building, research, external evaluations, endline and baseline assessments, needs assessment, etc.
  • Work with the BD Manager to ensure opportunities are identified, listed, and prepared or worked on
  • Ensure all proposal documents are submitted as required.
  • Ensure effective client communication during proposal development.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and respected.
  • Perform other duties arising from the nature of the tasks above based on development of business and work activities.

Qualifications Required

  1. Have native or native like English language skills (must)
  2. Strong editing and writing skills (must)
  3. Strong M&E and research/assessment skills (highly preferrable)
  4. A relevant university degree (social sciences, conflict management, development studies, etc.)
  5. Demonstrate an understanding of development/ humanitarian sector
  6. Excellent skills with Word and Excel
  7. Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  8. Proven research expertise
  9. Have an ability to manage different activities and to meet deadlines
  10. Have particularly good organizational skills, analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail
  11. Be able to work in a multi-cultural work environment
