Business Development is the growth driver for modern tech businesses. The Business Development Intern (m/f/d) is a key role in Charles’ organization that manages the customer experience throughout the lifecycle. In this role you will support and collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure the highest possible value realization. You will represent the Charles Brand and our culture. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Guide our clients towards a successful implementation, growing product adoption and value maximization over time
  • Support various analyses of product usage and performance and help define customer objectives and value creation plans
  • Constantly collect product feedback and translate it into user stories and actionable insights for our Product & Design teams
  • Develop and provide domain expertise and ad-hoc product training – and introduce customers to best-practices in Conversational Commerce
  • Jointly with our Studios (Marketing) department develop creative ideas and craft impressive success stories – to be shared with your colleagues and our network of clients and prospects
  • Support our Customer Success Managers in our onboarding process of new customers – starting from a deep understanding of their business objectives and pain points and the value creation potential of our product
  • Utilize data-driven approaches and project coordination reporting
  • Learn to interpret business challenges, create process mapping, analyze potential improvements and recommend best practices and solutions

  • Show high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence in your daily work with our clients and teams
  • Proactively develop valuable, creative ideas and abstract your learnings into actionable suggestions
  • Eager to develop expertise in the E-Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer markets and business models – and relevant enabling technologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – in German and English
  • Studying in relevant subject (Business, IT, or Engineering)
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision ability.
