About Cerebro Kids
Cerebro Kids – The Financial Literacy Academy is an IIT-IIM Alumni education initiative focusing on
solving a major problem in our school education system. Our schools teach children Mathematics,
Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies, Languages, but our schools don’t teach subjects or concepts
which we face in professional lives or day-to-day lives. The most important topics of life – Money
Management, financial decision-making, Savings & Investments planning, in short, financial literacy
is completely skipped in school and college curriculums. So, when our kids leave school & college,
they have no idea how to handle money. Few common problems being falling in credit card traps, no
retirement planning, buying a house too early and being in debt for 20 year etc. This situation is like
leaving our kids out in the ocean without teaching them How to Swim.

Cerebro Kids online financial literacy programs – Live classroom programs as well as self-paced programs are designed to train students to be financially aware, learned and mature decision-makers.

About this internship Job

This internship will mark your entry into the budding ed-tech industry and will prepare
you for all sorts of challenges that you might face in professional life. At Cerebro Kids, the business
development department will hone your skills in developing skills about every stage of sales cycle:
lead generation
lead nurturing
lead closure
revenue realization
business growth strategies
communication planning
effective customer communication.

What you need to have:
mindset of business planning
Design and execute business expansion strategies
Zeal to build valuable connections in the Ed-tech industry

Following will be your Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers in Schools & Colleges
Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through personal, direct and
indirect customer contact and prospecting.
Ongoing monitoring and analysis of the pipeline to review performance & optimize
accordingly to ensure business & revenue objectives are met.
Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback.
Building cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering closely with the
growth and marketing team, providing feedback and insights.
Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.
Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues.

Qualifications
The optimal qualification for success on the job is:
Graduation/ Post- Graduation (Pursuing or Completed)
Are available to work from home

Desired Skills & Experience
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate personal drive and be revenue target oriented.
Ability to think upon various strategies to pitch leads and close the deals.
Must have basic ideas about marketing via email, SMS, and LinkedIn.
Should know how to use networking skills to reach out to as many people as possible

Monthly Salary
This is a 3 month internship with Variable Stipend Structure (performance based)
Monthly salary will depend on Revenue targets achievement.
On achievement of monthly revenue targets(Rs. 10K-20K), you will receive a stipend of Rs. 5000 (performance based)
In case of non-achievement of targets, stipend will be 20% on total revenue
In case of over-achievement, you will receive fixed + variable bonus.

You will work with top school graduates from IIMs and IITs and Ex- BCG, Deloitte, Accenture
employees. You would be working on a concept which has been conveniently skipped in the
education system and you would be part of change and bring relevance to Education system. This is
