Role Summary

We are conducting a search for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated and relational Business Development Executive to focus on Enterprise accounts. You will drive the end to end sales process – from prospecting, building a pipeline, to sales negotiations and closure. We are looking for a seasoned, success-oriented individual with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, a high level of commitment and a strong desire to be part of a top-notch sales team. The successful candidate will have past experience in technology/digital/marketing/analytics/BI software products or services sales providing digital domain knowledge and consultative selling skills to execute an end to end sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify, build and manage and accurate sales pipeline by maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling
  • Understand client needs, industry trends and develop winning proposals through consultative solutioning (by leveraging the wide industry, domain and technical expertise available at eClerx)
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position
  • Manage the complete sales-cycle from lead generation to initial contact, nurturing and relationship-building all the way through to close
  • Partner internally with eClerx Product and Center of Excellence team, Solution Strategist and Pre-sales team to identify right eClerx platforms addressing the client requirement, and respond to new sales opportunities (from existing contacts or generated sales leads)
  • Participate/lead demo of the eClerx platforms with client
  • Provide inputs to the eClerx Product and CoE team for their technology roadmap based on learning from market and client discussions
  • Work with the marketing team to build innovative campaigns to generate organic leads

Eligibility Requirements

  • Substantial experience in selling, preferably in large or enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from scratch to finish, maintaining accurate and timely customer pipeline and forecast data
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills – ability to network and earn client confidence and trust
  • Familiarity with consultative selling, or previous sales methodology training (eg. MEDDIC, Outcome Based Selling, Challenger Sales)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to collaborate with the eClerx team across multiple geographies (US, Canada, EU and APAC)
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and adaptable. Must enjoy constantly learning and tacking new challenges
  • Natural inquisitiveness with an interest in understanding market, competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Willingness to travel domestic and international (when required)
  • Valid work authorization in US
