We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development / Business Operations Associate to play a key role in shaping the success of our startup. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the growth and development of our business from the ground up.

Tasks

• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and market trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Operational Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and optimize efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
• Sales Support:
• Assist in the creation of sales collateral and presentations.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue potential clients.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports for the leadership team on key performance indicators.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Work with team members to track project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or business operations, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
