The Purpose (of the role):

Your function is part of AB-InBev’s Zone Europe Finance, Planning and Analysis Department. You will be responsible for managing the overall Zone Europe monthly financial processes, encompassing responsibilities of consolidation, reviewing and reporting of the P&L.

The role is based in Belgium (Leuven AB-InBev HQ), within our skilled, diverse and dynamic Finance Team. The ideal candidate will play a role in the overall financial management agenda for Zone Europe and will report to the FP&A Business Cycle Director for Zone Europe.

The role:

  • Manage the monthly cycle of our Zone such as: tracking and monitoring, forecasting, deep analysis of results and variance drivers, storyline building and management reporting to senior management while collaborating with various Countries, Departments and our Shared Services Centers.
  • Understand and analyze components and processes underlying the construction of the P&L while recommending action plans to improve performance
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis of or assistance with any other financial related projects as deemed appropriate by management.
  • Drive overall process and resource allocation improvement and makes easily the connection with business stakeholders and senior stakeholders both in Global, Zone Europe, Business Units, Finance and the Functions.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in economics, business administration, accounting or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant expertise in financial roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills (highly structured and systematic approach to delivering business solutions).
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
  • Team player, being able to build relationships across functional areas.
