Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Consultant (m/f/d) in full-time/part-time at a Kyndryl location in Germany .
You will be part of the Data and AI team that guides our customers through the transformation on their way to a Data Driven Enterprise with your expertise.
Your tasks in detail:
- Generates, develops and wins new business in the data management environment.
- Researches, analyzes and synthesizes recommendations using analytical skills.
- Uses a range of methods, techniques and work products to produce results.
- Creates and leverages intellectual capital to solve various business problems in innovative ways.
- Collaboratively works with the Data Engineer and Data Scientist on exciting data management projects – focusing on translating customer requirement into projects.
- While delivering solutions to customers, proactively identify opportunities to add value with technology and services.
- Handover of development to the “Managed Service” team.
- Continuing education to maintain “state of the art” level of knowledge.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Relevant university degree
- More than 2 years of experience in a data management environment
- Ability to express in management categories (e.g. as a business case) the added value of projects on the way to a Data Driven Enterprise
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, GCP services and relevant data management products
- Experience as an IT project manager
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to move confidently at management levels as well
- Team player who can train and mentor others
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel
