You will take responsibility for the evaluation and optimisation of business operations, looking at efficiency, quality and performance. This is a very collaborative role, you’ll spend time with colleagues from our operational teams including repairs and maintenance and housing management and will work with senior leaders delivering strategic transformation and improvement across the customer services directorate.

Your responsibilities will include:

About you

You will see this as a role that you’ll need to roll your sleeves up for. You’ll have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role to a high standard. You’ll need to use that experience to quickly have an impact and to build confidence with your many stakeholders.

You will be able to demonstrate proven experience of process improvement and business analysis in a social housing environment, with specific links to repairs and maintenance.

You’ll bring with you a strong understanding of improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, together with a wealth of project management experience.

You’ll acknowledge the key role that data will play and will be confident in your analysis abilities. You’ll also be very aware of how to share data in a way that is suitable for the audience to support understanding.

The role will require you to be present in our operating regions, you’ll be meeting with colleagues and attending face to face meetings. We do very much have a virtual approach to work, however to be successful in the role you’ll need to be based within Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset or Dorset to get the best outcomes.
