Our ClientWe are working exclusively with a well known food and beverage business in Dubai, on a Salesforce Project which requires an experienced Business Change Analyst with FMCG and E-Commerce/CRM experience for an initial 12 month contract with a view to becoming a permanent member of staff.Your ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, use cases, scenarios, and other methodsQuickly get a firm understanding of existing business process and document them using industry standard practiceExecute gap analysis against existing processes/systems and to-be systems/processesBecome the business requirements/process champion/translator for the IT team.Be able to break down complex business processes in an easy to digest way for the multiple systems in ITSupport development teams by providing clarifications to requirements and designSupport with testing and trainingDefine the tests strategy and tests scenariosPerform systems integration testing and support user acceptance testingMust be able to come into the environment and understand the as-is business processes then document the to-be business process using best practices and following the product as much as possible with as few as possible customizationsYour QualificationsExperience in Retail/FMCG is a mustExperience with Ecom/CRM/ERP projectsAn absolute master at defining As-Is and To-Be business processesExcellent communication skills and ability to explain and present complex information and influence senior business and IT executives on technology decisionsAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in an international team environment
