Join our Mission – Volunteer Opportunity in non-profit EdTech Social enterprise Startup
Yasmin Interactive Virtual School, a non-profit social enterprise under the Abjad Initiative for Education, is seeking passionate university students to contribute to our innovative EdTech platform. Our project focuses on empowering Arab children worldwide, supporting Syrian female IDPs and refugees, and aiding Syrian children in Internally Displaced Camps. Abjad Initiative for Education is a registered charity in Germany. We are committed to diversity and inclusivity, including people with disabilities and refugees. Arabic language skills are desirable for all roles.
We are currently seeking volunteers for Business Analyst:
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and user requirements to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to contribute to the platform’s strategic development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of business objectives with technical capabilities.
• Estimated weekly commitment: 15-20 hours per week to contribute to the development of a comprehensive prototype within the designated timeframe.
Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills with a background in business analysis.
• Experience in conducting market research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred, as the EdTech platform focuses on providing Arabic language education and fostering cultural connections. Fluency in Arabic is advantageous for effective communication and understanding of the target audience.
