We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Liquidity & ALM Development team.  Are you a recent graduate or an early-career professional eager to kick-start your journey into the dynamic world of banking and financial technology? About this opportunity

 

Welcome to Liquidity & ALM Development. We are accountable for efficient end-to-end business change delivery to processes within Liquidity, Non-traded Market Risk (IRRBB), Funding and Transfer pricing (IFTP). We are the glue between business and IT, we team up with our business partners to understand their risk management and regulatory challenges, and we team up with our IT partners to identify and develop the optimal IT solutions for managing the business processes in an effective and compliant way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to gather and analyse business requirements
  • Work closely with Product Owners and IT development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Assist with business validation and ensure the accuracy & reliability of solutions
  • Provide support and in optimizing existing systems & identifying areas for enhancements

 

We are international team and this role can be based in Finland or Poland.

Your experience and background: 

  • Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics or you have a great reason for not having one
  • An interest in finance and technology
  • Good time, dependency and stakeholder management
