Operational Business Analyst – Salesforce
Circa €70,000 + Excellent benefits
Dublin, Belfast, Cork OR Limerick
Working across the group, your role will focus on the implementation of the Salesforce Strategy and adoption in the group. Looking at existing uptake and usage, and developing initiatives to create best practice for utilisation. Developing processes to enhance the benefits of the system within the Sales, Customer Services and wider group departments. Develop reporting for Senior management. Training for new users, and ongoing upskilling of the teams. Using your operational level of knowledge of the Salesforce platform to further enhance the user experience.
It is essential you have no less than 3 years working with Salesforce, and have a track record in the implementation stages of the CRM. You will have experience of Sales Operations, Project management and process improvement.
