Business Analyst & Marketing Coordinator, Internship

MISSION

Support in the coordination of Business Partner network and client management, commercial plans, new projects, collecting market requirements, ensuring the application of brand guidelines, providing analytical reports and data consolidation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training

Assess the training needs of each partner -> frequency, level, product, brand, etc.
Build a quarterly training calendar in collaboration with the Training & Sales Teams
Coordinate the dispatch of training registrations + invitations to clients
Keep the Training and Sales Team up to date on registrations and attendance of sessions
Academia Management (self-study app)
Inform clients when a new module is launched and follow up on completion
Quarterly performance recap to be shared with clients, Training & Sales teams
Direct point of contact with Central Training for any adhoc requests + competitions

Interior Design

Support Commercial Director with the compiling of commercial briefs and financial recommendations
Project manager working in collaboration with Rome counterpart:
Submission of commercial briefs + financial recommendations to Rome ID teams
Follow up on each phase of the project with Rome in relation to the projected timeline and to keep the Commercial Team and client informed
Gather post-installation report from the client -photos of new fixtures + snags list
Support Commercial Director in the CAPX allocation for budget preparation and during financial revisions

Visual Merchandising

Follow the support budget management for VM across FR + WHS
Support clients in placing orders for new display materials through VM specialist
Follow orders with Customer Service in Dublin and update clients on logistics flow
Support local VM with dispatch of global guidelines to clients and request any reports required (usually an adhoc basis)
Manage the ordering of POS artworks through the GMG platform

Marketing & Sales

Act as intermediary between client and marketing department in order to promote smooth communication and consistent follow-up
Request monthly update on ATL and BTL investments and spending from respective marketing colleagues
Upkeep of the Network Database
Monthly check of excel sell-out received vs digital warranties activated
Responsible to check, save and dispatch the pricing lists
Analyzing the stock on hand on a quarterly basis
Commercial carnet
Receiving any carnets for the department and running a stock check against the shipping documents
Oversee the consignment form process for any pieces borrowed
Support Commercial Director with monthly sales report
