We’re hiring top talent to join Marco for a 10-week, Summer 2023 internship and hopefully beyond! You’ll work on real and impactful projects while receiving training and mentorship.

• This position is available in either Minnetonka, MN or St. Cloud, MN***
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States. We will not be pursuing candidates requiring a Visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future***

The Business Analyst Intern will assist the Business Analyst team with new development and ongoing maintenance of existing customer applications.

This role is hands-on supporting the collection and documentation of current state, gaps and requirements for both business and systems improvements. You will collaborate with Marco internal customers, Business Analyst team members and Marco development team members as needed for project progress.

Essential Functions:

• Effectively document current state, through observation and interviews with key stakeholders and primary end-users.
• Gather and document requirements from end-users and other key stakeholders to establish the gaps between current state and future state.
• Assist in the creation of business requirements and user stories, based on project methodology
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst Team (BA), Business Systems Analyst Team (BSA) and Developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in the team review of project scope, requirements, and business outcomes.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum process.
• Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Undergraduate student enrolled or recent graduate in a Business Analyst, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work full-time onsite (40 hours/week M-F) during summer 2023.
• Able and willing to live within commutable distance to either the Minnetonka, MN or St. Cloud Marco office locations.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Occasional travel is required via automobile and includes travel to different Marco, client, and vendor locations.
