Core Responsibilities:
Structure ambiguous problems, design reporting and data visualization frameworks
Develop a deep understanding of the commercial goals and work on long-term, big picture initiatives
Coordinate with business, technology and operations teams
Create, standardize and maintain critical reporting, analysis and metrics
Work with internal teams to identify data sources and required accesses
Design Mock-ups/ wireframes, incorporate business feedback and secure sign-off
Perform data extraction & data transformation processes to create required data set for dashboards
Ensure data accuracy and optimize refresh frequencies for various reports & dashboards
Scale, maintain and improve existing solutions
Prepare technical & non-technical documentation to manage knowledge and improve adoption
Coach and groom team on first principles of analytics techniques and problem solving
Qualifications:
3+ years working experience with writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related quantitative functions
Experience with Excel, Big Query, SQL, Python and other scripting languages
Direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools (such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)

Data driven with deep understanding of commercial goals
Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills
