Location: UK Flexible (hybrid role working between home and office)
Contract type: 18-month fixed term contract (with the possibility of extension)
Hours per week: 35
Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 per annum (plus £3,344 Inner London Weighting allowance if applicable)

About this opportunity

As Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Projects & Business Analysis Manager (P&BA) and stakeholders across the Fundraising & Supporter Engagement directorate to gather and articulate requirements for business improvement initiatives.
You will be focused on devel oping areas of business improvement to increase efficiency throughout fundraising by documenting existing processes, identifying the opportunities and supporting changes through to completion.
You will be required to document business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, proactively using business analysis methodologies and templates as needed to facilitate continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for establishing relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, ensuring business objectives are consistently referred to, and challenge appropriately where business objectives and requirements from the business do not align.

This role might be for you if…
You have demonstrable experience doing business analysis in a similar environment, capturing business requirements and creating technical and data briefs as a result, while building, developing, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
You have experience of working on projects from beginning to end in a business analysis capacity, while demonstrating the ability to interpret as-is processes and communications from stakeholders to produce a prioritised set of requirements.
You have excellent communication skills and are able to effectively collaborate within a team environment, prioritising a varied workload to strict deadlines.
You have strong i nterpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and influence
