- Identifies market opportunities and associated new product strategies.
- Maintains internal and external departmental relationships to streamline processes for efficiencies enhance customer service and overcome client/customer issues to products
- Reviews sales and SWAP agreements and contracts and monitor the development of new contracts
- Monitors contract performance by setting and regularly reviewing specific key performance indicators (KPIs),adhesion to the agreed timeline, and cost effectiveness.
- Reviews and responds to all inquiries from the local agencies and companies including preparation of statistic spreadsheet and reports.
- Provides market feedback to the department management regarding competitive products, prospect needs and generate product improvement ideas/plans
- Handles scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation of new business cases/projects to the direct management and keep abreast of competitor’s activity and advise the direct manager of new developments at local market
- Provides a weekly schedule of planned activities and prepare monthly LPO.
- Monitors and update the master product quality and price spreadsheets regularly
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
- Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
- Perform any other relevant task as directed by Manager Petrochemical Business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar filed.
- Three (3) years of experience in leading organizations.
