Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics

We are currently working with a client looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst for their growing team. If successful you will be offered a generous starting salary as well as a career pathway planned.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CIO and the wider business to ensure the successful delivery of the companies modernisation within technology
- You will become a key member of the transformation team.
- Research and present business cases clearly promoting opportunities and risks as well as business impacts.
Your experience will include:
- Experience working in/for small to medium or start-up businesses as well as responding quickly to the business changing needs.
- Expertise in managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Documenting as-is and to-be processes
- Working with external development teams writing user stories as necessary.
- Coordination of projects, schedules, tracking and report on progress
- Experience in MS Dynamics (CRM) and how to optimise the processes.
