The successful candidate will work as a Business Administrator and will report into the Business Administration Manager.

The role will work with the Business Administration Manager in the delivery of the business admin activities pertinent to the complete capture of operational data and processes that align with the central Shared Service Centre and complete admin duties as required. In this role, you will:

  • Ensure chargeable activities can be invoiced correctly first time

  • Ensure that payments can be collected

  • Ensure that required documentation is retained in line with GDPR guidelines

  • Provide clean, accurate data with minimal errors and omissions and respond to patient and consultant queries.

  • Work within the team to continuously improve processes in order to reduce common queries and errors.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the patient experience is excellent at every step. This will include working with stakeholders to ensure that accurate data and documentation is collected in a timely way.

Along the way, you’ll work closely with everyone from consultants, medical secretaries, departmental managers, hospital teams and customers, to deliver an efficient and effective administrative service from start to finish.
