FIRST LINE SUPPORT ANALYST

GBP25000-GBP28000 You will join a passionate and talented team in an innovative IT company. We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer with proven knowledge of 365 and Windows with a minimum of 2 years experience working on a helpdesk. You will work with our tech-savvy staff to ensure the smooth running of clients IT equipment and the systems they depend on. The successful candidate will have a broad mix of technical skills, which will include knowledge of Windows Servers, Windows Operating Systems, Networking & Security Technology.
Experience Required
The Successful candidate will have experience in;-IT Systems administration in a Windows environment. Preferably in a service provider role.Experience in AD, DNS, DHCP.
Systems in place will range from older Windows Server 2012 servers up to Server 2022.
Experience in Gateway routers.
Experience in working with Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience in working in a support team.
Strong documentation skills and along with experience of dealing with a support tickets system
Experience Beneficial (but Not Required)-AzureCloud services
Hyper-V, SME networking including managed switches, VLANs,
GPO/scripting
VOIP/Telephony
Personal Characteristics:-Energetic and enthusiasticExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent problem-solving skills / adept at providing a workaround
Experience of supporting customers remotely
Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
Adaptable and flexible
