About The Program
The Faherty Spring Internship Program is designed for undergraduate students who are interested in learning more about the apparel industry and want to gain hands-on experience at a rapidly growing business that has a vibrant culture.
Outside of the experience that you will gain from exposure to the business, you will engage in high-impact programming while building meaningful relationships with other interns and team Faherty through a variety of activities. This includes 1:1 mentorship, custom learning and development programming, and opportunities to impact business decisions.
We believe that traditional hiring practices have historically and systematically marginalized entire groups of people – including people of color, people of different socio-economic backgrounds, people in the LGBTQIA+ community, and people who are neurodiverse, to name a few. We are better as an organization when we work to deconstruct the barriers and build a team that has authentic representation from diverse communities, backgrounds and beliefs.
Timeline:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Must be able to commit to the entire 18-week program
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
- Interns can receive school credit and will be paid
What You’ll Do:
The Brand Creative Intern position is a creative role for an organized executor with an eagerness to learn, brainstorm, and wear multiple hats. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects where you and the team will brainstorm new ideas, figure out how to execute the project, and then manage and see your ideas come to life across paid media channels. The Brand Creative Intern will be assisting with graphic design of paid assets, pre and post production of photo and video shoots, as well as collaborating on art direction for shoots.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concept and design development for email, paid and organic social
- Potential to collaborate with the Social Media Manager on Tiktok initiatives
Must Have Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in university and pursuing a B.A. in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong design skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments daily
- Experience with Adobe Suite a must – specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong eye for detail
