あなたの役割と責任

国内法人のお客様に対して、経理、人事、購買、営業バックオフィスといった間接業務領域を対象としたビジネスプロセスアウトソーシング(BPO)の案件発掘をリードするソリューションセールスです。コンサルティングチームと協業しながら、上流の業務設計、業務変革支援から業務運用オペレーションまで包括的なサービスを提供しています。

＜ミッション＞

我々のお客様である日本企業は、少子高齢化といった人手不足が顕著なマクロ環境下において、グローバル化や新規事業の立ち上げといったビジネス拡大を加速されており、それらを支える間接業務基盤の強化を急がれています。IBMが提供するビジネスプロセスアウトソーシングによって、既存の間接業務人員を定型的な業務から解放し、より戦略的な業務へシフトすることをご支援します。

＜具体的な仕事内容＞

お客様CxO（CEO、CFO、CHRO、CMO等）から経営課題をヒアリングし、それを解決するソリューションの一つとしてBPOを売り込みます。

IBM自身の変革事例等をご説明しながらお客様の関心度合いを見極め、コンサルティングチームやソリューションチームと協業しながら新規案件発掘につなげます。

業務運用拠点の中心は中国の大連センターにあり、海外とのやり取りや海外出張を伴うこともあります。
