Job Description
We are currently seeking a PR Coordinator for our office in Dubai, as part of the EMEA Communications and Marketing team.
How you will contribute
- Manage sample trafficking and coordinating samples for local and international editorial requests to achieve print, digital & social media coverage in all media partner & target outlets across the Region.
- Manage samples through Launchmetrics including uploading new collections and archiving.
- Proactively work with the collections to generate placements of products, with a focus on seasonal pushes.
- Managing clippings and overseeing internal reporting for the EMEA market in close collaboration with local assistants.
- Oversee credit and image requests.
- Interact regularly with target outlets to build relationships and deliver coverage.
- Responsible for maintaining updated media databases, monitoring media requests, saving off coverage, creating coverage trackers and books and updating weekly reports.
- Research media outlets, print and digital, following industry trends and movements to keep the brand on target and relevant within the market.
- Assist with administrative tasks and errands for the communication department including E-players, clients, press and retail events.
- Conduct ongoing research on consumer behaviors, media trends, and competitors PR activities and events.
- Create monthly industry news report.
- Support team where needed for shows and events.
Who you are
- Previous experience in a fashion PR agency or in-house press office.
- Be passionate about communications and fashion with a knowledge and understanding of the industry.
- Experience working with a team.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with a result driven mentality.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, busy and fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in Launchmetrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to details and ability to complete tasks accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
