Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a law firm of 275 attorneys with offices across New York State, is accepting applications for a full-time New Business Intake Analyst to support our Information Services Department in our Syracuse, NY office location. Our non-legal New Business Intake processing staff shares the same level of commitment to excellence and client service that is the hallmark of our Firm.

Position Responsibilities

Review and process new business intakes through data analysis to identify and report potential conflicts for all offices
Research clients and cross-reference history and/or relationships
Assist attorneys and staff with the matter opening process
Update/Maintain standard party and corporate family links in conflicts database
Perform special projects as needed
Answers the Firm’s “cold call” line
Position Requirements

Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and workflow systems preferred
Strong organizational skills
Experience in a professional setting
Customer service oriented
Must be analytical and detail oriented
Ability to work productively and communicate clearly with all levels of attorneys and staff
Must be able to work independently under pressure with extremely tight deadlines
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
