CONTEXT OF THE MANDATE
We are an international organization whose mission is to take concrete action against poverty and injustice to build a future of equality. Oxfam-Quebec’s voluntary cooperation program “Equality in Action” is carried out in partnership with Oxfam teams in about 10 countries in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.

What your day-to-day work will look like:
- Conduct workshops and co-learning spaces to strengthen the local partner organization “Instituto de Formación Femenina Integral” (IFFI) in strategic planning
- Collaborate with the IFFI in the development of the organization’s five- and three-year plan
- Collaborate with Feminist Monitoring-Evaluation-Accountability-Learning advisor in the development of tools
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of projects
- Work with the Oxfam team in Bolivia in the systematization, presentation, and positioning of the program’s good practices
- Compile the actions and products developed jointly with IFFI, as well as relevant information and learning for Oxfam on the results obtained
- Contribute to the formulation of program and project monitoring and evaluation reports
For this position, you must have :
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residence in Canada
- University degree in social sciences, economics, or management
- 3 years of experience in strategic planning
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in international development and/or cooperation projects (a plus)
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficient in Spanish
