Description

Position Purpose:

This position is primarily responsible for providing support to the Credit Card team by managing products, processes, and projects.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Fintech, Core bank, and credit teams on new partner relationships and product offerings.
Identify departments affected by implementation of new product and involve them in process.
Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated.
Identify project deliverables and responsible parties.
Identify risks that partner or product present.
Act as first point of contact for client or client manager.
Understanding and representing Credit Card and end user needs.
Communicate Credit Card partner needs to Bank partners, business heads, and executives.
Analyzing Credit Card partner data, report on KPIs, profitability, and ensure adherence with agreement.
Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
Other duties as assigned.

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer – Fintech Division.

Requirements

Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Skills
Eight (8) – Ten (10) years of Banking Experience
Three (3) – Five (5) years of Credit Card Experience
Three (3) – Five (5) years of Relationship and/or Product Management
Knowledge of risk-based management and decision making
Experience managing Credit Card program in the banking industry.
Strong working knowledge of Credit Card products
Experience managing Credit Card program for bank is required.
Experience working with Fintech companies is preferred.
Understanding of financial and technical concepts as well as compliance and third-party management.
Strong computer skills relevant to Microsoft Office Suites (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of banking principles and regulations.
Strong decision-making/problem resolution skills.
Demonstrate strong analytical and math skills, organizational skills, and customer service skills.
Effective verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in the English language required.
Experience within Banking or similar field.

Abilities
Ability to learn bank programed software.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work all branch hours, remote or in office, including weekend and evenings.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence, and/or journals, or government regulations.
Ability to deal directly with the public, on the phone or face to face, following the Bank’s Customer Service Standards.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Fintech companies.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University.
