Job Description
- Analyze the company’s current marketing strategy and plan, suggest improvements and implement adjustments
- Define marketing objectives, KPIs, key stakeholders and target groups
- Control KPIs on a regular basis and create monthly achievement-reports
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Be responsible for the annual marketing budget
- Use and analyze data to make rational decisions
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in Blockchain technology
- Attend Blockchain conferences and keep in touch with key stakeholders
- Plan, execute and manage effective marketing campaigns
- Build up the marketing team around you
The Successful Applicant
- Several years of leadership experience in marketing in the Blockchain industry
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing & communications, business administration or similar is a plus
- Proven Blockchain expertise and knowledge is a MUST
- Experience with CRM and SEO tools as well as knowledge of big data analysis
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills
