Job Description
Department: Venues, Place
Terms and Conditions: 37 hour post, permanent

Could you be the one to convince our staff teams to TikTok dance?
Have you got an eagle eye to spot our comedians, bands or community projects on TV shows or the Radio?
Most importantly, can you spark conversation across different platforms about our history, our present and our future?
We are looking for passionate and creative people to take up key roles in our team who can focus on raising the profile of BwD Venues, enhancing audience engagement with our digital platforms and ultimately driving conversion.
You must be able to produce dynamic written, graphic, and video content with an emphasis on encouraging audience interaction with both our pages and Artist’s online content.
You will develop a deep understanding of our target audience and customer behaviour. You will be an ideas-driven individual, developing tailored content that demands engagement across our social media platforms and meets overall business objectives.
You will be led by insight, always making data-driven decisions. You will be a good collaborator who can multi-task, yet still meet deadlines. You will have the ability to optimise performance and work closely with the team to adapt campaigns as required.
