Trade Marketing Manager

We are currently hiring a Trade Marketing Manager for a client who is a leading provider of worldwide smart end-to-end supply chain logistics, enabling the flow of trade across the globe. In this role, the job holder will work as a part of the marketing team to deliver planned revenue, volume, and gross margin of key brands & customers.

Other Responsibilities Will Include.
Develop and execute Trade Marketing plans for targeted trade lanes in conjunction with Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders.
Manage and execute Sales Operations.
Support Sales in Preparing Value Proposals for customers.
MIS Performance Reporting on trade plans and sales efforts.
Business Margin evaluation and discussions across trade corridors and sales accounts.
CRM management – Sales Pipeline management, creating dashboards and ensuring process and data management
Providing the commercial teams with updated marketing insights with a focus on capacity/pricing across targeted trade lanes/corridors.
Lead digital campaigns & lead generation creating awareness of our various logistics products and s vices using email and WhatsApp broadcasts across targeted customers/corridors – in conjunction with pricing and sales.
Manage and own the Customer Segmentation for Logistics business.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration
Experience of 5+ years in the UAE is preferred
7 – 10 years of experience in shipping/logistics, forwarding across trade management, pricing, and marketing functions
Must have experience in UAE outbound trades
Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and partners. Proven ability to build relations
Experienced in leading teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to deliver results
