Summary

Process car deals – Verifying the gross profit is accurate and all products are registered.

Essential Duties

  • Process and split all new and used car deals.
  • Process all trade paperwork including payoffs.
  • Handle all aspects of deal posting. To include balancing delivery log to DOC.
  • Communicate any differences with the Sales Mangers.
  • Report new car sales to the manufacturer.
  • Report used CPOs to the manufacturer.
  • Claim all new car Incentives.
  • Communicate any incentives issues or concerns with the management team.
  • Process all warranty/Gap cancellations.
  • Maintain Finance Chargebacks Spread sheet.
  • Ensure all warranties/gaps products are registered.
  • Ensure related schedules are current and clean.
  • Accesses computer files and compiles reports as requested.
  • Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.

Education and/or Experience

  • Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
