Job Summary

The Bilingual Instructional Designer designs and develops sequenced, training modules for Spanish language preferred audiences for partner and volunteer engagement in CRS C hapters and I ssue- B ased C ampaigns, expanding knowledge and skills in advocacy, fundraising and leadership development and related skills. The Bilingual Instructional Designer engages in high levels of collaboration with relevant members across the department and ensures alignment with CRS Camp aign messaging, MEAL and M2 Leadership Development Framework.

Roles and Key Responsibilities

  • In consultation with the training team, develops and update s launch and orientation content/resources for CRS’ Chapter Buildin g Methodology for Spanish language preferred audiences in both virtual and in-person setting s Develop and update CRS Chapter and Issue-Based Campaign Spanish language/bicultural trainings and modules for expanding partner/volunteer knowledge and skill building on topics such as CRS 101, advocacy, fundraising, leadership development and specialized trainings
  • Produce Spanish language/bicultural content and scripts for national events including the monthly N ationa l C hapter C all, quarterly Come & Sees, CRS Rice Bowl trainings, inspirational and community building gatherings
  • C ollabora te with the Chapter Building & Training team and Hispanic Engagement team to develop Spanish language workshop presentations and call to action conten t for CRS National Gathering, CSMG and other national conferences where CCHE is present
  • Collaborates with other M2 units to provide existing training content for events and key church audiences
  • Collaborate with the Formation & Mobilization team to ensure call to action messaging is align ed with campaign, advocacy, and fundraising goals
  • Works with immediate Manager for Leadership Development to design and create content for Spanish language volunteer rewards and recognition
  • Works with immediate Manager for Leadership Development and Chapter Building & Training team to support evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of Spanish language trainings and rewards/recognition, and update s to training content/resources
  • C ollabora tes with L&I on overall assessment/evaluation and participa tes in C ross F unctional T eams
  • Engages in ongoing learning and stays up to date on our legislative progress, advocacy actions/timelines and fundraising tools
