Beneficiary Communication Officer

Overview of position

To receive beneficiaries’ suggestions & complaints.

Role objectives

• Organize the process of receiving all beneficiaries feedback during distribution.

• Recording & document all suggestions & complaints.

• Implement WFP guidelines on beneficiaries’ complains & feedback.

• Support distribution team in providing feedback to beneficiaries for those issues that have been guided on.

• Provide additional Info for some key cases as per WFP team request.

• Provide basic training for any new team members.

Project reporting

This role reports to the Project Manager.

Team management

This role has no team management responsibility.
