About The Role

Then we need your skills as a Team leader to join our team of professionals today! Our Front Services team is led by hospitality industry experts who will guide and train you in this exciting career. You will have excellent customer service skills, willing to advising guests on their needs, and enjoy delivering a great experience from your heart within a busy, high-profile, luxury environment.

The Bell Captain, must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and a willingness to learn more about management and leading a team. You will assist the Assistant Manager and Manager to train all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard including Forbes, and oversee service providers utilization, health and safety as customer satisfaction standards and assist manage the Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation daily operations.

About You

It is essential that you are above average front service provider and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in front services as a team leader in a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong interpersonal skills and very clear and concise communication skills are required, as is the ability to find solutions and think positively. Additional languages such as Russian, German, Arabic, Italian, Spanish or Chinese is advantageous.
