His visionary spirit never ceased to make women all over the world feel more beautiful, an inspiration for his successors to this day. “Fabric is the sole vehicle of our dreams (…). Fashion, in short, comes from a dream and the dream is an escape from reality,” he wrote in his book Talking About Fashion. Over the course of his collections, Monsieur Dior became the master of his muses’ happiness.

Women@Dior is a unique, international mentoring and education program dedicated to young women, built on Maison Dior’s unique expertise of transmission and its community of motivated and inspiring talents. Launched in 2017, the program has now supported over 1800 young women selected from the best business, engineering, art and fashion schools, spanning 50+ countries and almost 90 nationalities.

Since 2020, Women@Dior has been a partner of UNESCO’s Global Education Coalition, a platform for collaboration and exchange created to protect the right to education during the unprecedented disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond. It brings together more than 175 members from the UN family, civil society, academia, and the private sector to ensure that #LearningNeverStops.

Becoming a Women@Dior Mentee is the chance to:

• Join a global and local community of like-minded young women and Dior talents who are connected by sorority and a commitment to women’s empowerment
• Develop an exclusive relationship with a Dior talent and gain insights about their path to professional success
• Learn from a stimulating and inspiring online education program centred around self-development, entrepreneurship & sustainability to encourage young women to achieve their potential
• Take part in our annual Global Conference at UNESCO Headquarters and bringing together an impressive line-up of women leaders

Profil

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER APPLICATIONS FROM WOMEN WHO ARE :

• Currently enrolled in a university course
• Undergraduate students in the last year of their degree OR postgraduate students (Masters, PhD…)
• NOT enrolled in one of our partner universities (consult list)
• Under 30 years old
• Fluent in English
• HAVE NOT previously participated in the Women@Dior program

• Attending and participating in all 5 pillars is mandatory to obtain the UNESCO ‘Women@Dior: Women Leadership & Sustainability’ certificate. Mentees who do not attend one course, interview or who do not actively contribute to the Mentorship and Dream for Change project will not be eligible to obtain the certificate and will forfeit their participation in the program. Please be mindful of your level of motivation when applying.
