The Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) Customer Support organization is seeking a BCA Customer Support Proactive Airframe 737NG&MAX Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Position Responsibilities:

• Creates and validates all required technical documentation to support development of Structure Repair Manuals (SRM) and Service Related Problems (SRP) statements of work
• Identifies potential economical and safety issues and manages fleet risk for in-service Boeing commercial airplanes
• Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements
• Redistributes work packages based on its complexity and engineers’ experience and maintains performance schedule
• Provides technical guidance, engineering check and approval of deliverables
• Works under general direction

Basic qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as Airframe Structural Analysis Engineer
• High Education Diploma is a must in an engineering or related field
• Fluent English
• Ability to support operations and team in 24/7 environment is desirable.
• Existing authorization to work in Ukraine

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent Poland and Ukrainian
• Experience working with customers on technical and business issues is desirable
