The Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean talent centre is a recent initiative that brings BBA closer to highly qualified professionals in this region. Employees who work in the talent centre work on major cross-Canada mandates and use their expertise and creativity on projects mostly in the green energy and mining sectors. Although there’s no official office associated with the talent centre, employees attend collaboration meetings twice a month to ensure the firm’s values are maintained, that teams are cohesive, that knowledge is passed on, that employees work together and that they’re engaged. Even in hybrid work mode with a high rate of telecommuting, maintaining close ties among employees and experts remains a top priority for us. Join us!
