PREEN, uses a combination of 3D scanning vision and ROS (Robot Operating System) controlled software to create a contactless car wash. Cars are cleaned faster, more effectively and gently, the water consumption is only a fraction used by today’s car washes. Our pioneering technologies (3D scanning, robotics, machine learning, neural net, current and future sensor technologies) open the door to many other possibilities that go far beyond car washing. Aufgaben
Further development of the prototype to series production readiness and CE conformity up to a modular product portfolio
Ensuring the future oriented system architecture and the integration of technologies
Defining the development goals as well as the short- and medium-term development roadmap, including the coordination of development activities
Support investor relations as Technical Lead
Leading and controlling the development teams of 10 highly skilled experts in software development, robotics, image processing, sensor technology, washing technology and infrastructure
Create a motivating environment that fosters internal and external collaboration
Optimisation of the cleaning and drying processes as well as selection of suitable partners and cleaning agents
Optimisation of 3D vision systems, image processing, algorithms and embedded software

Qualifikation
Technical degree: Master / Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Robotics, System Engineering or IT
Very good knowledge in at least two of the following fields: Robotics, computer vision, software development (C++, Python), machine learning, machine software and hardware design, embedded systems development
Experience in code review in Python and C++. Experience in PLC (B&R) is a plus
Successful track record in the development of complex machinery
First leadership and coaching experience as well as very good communication skills towards investors, partners and customers
Broad network in industry and academia
Fluent English and good German
