Duties

As a Barmaid, you will be responsible for the full operation of our hotel bar. Your duties include:

• Crafting cocktails and preparing a wide variety of drinks for our guests.
• Creating and updating the bar menu, with a focus on seasonal and signature drinks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready.
• Providing excellent customer service, engaging with guests, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Managing inventory and ordering bar supplies as needed.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Upholding safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Profile

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has prior experience as a barmaid or bartender, with strong cocktail-making skills.
• You Speak german ?
• Is friendly, outgoing, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Is able to work independently and take full responsibility for the bar.
• Can work efficiently during busy periods and manage stress well.
• Speaks English and/or German (additional languages are a plus).
