As a Bar Manager in-charge of Balcony Bar, we rely on you to:
- Maintain a smooth bar operation on a daily basis with proper planning
- Ensure every guest receives high quality service
- Coach and maximize the performance of the team
- Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Builds-up excellent relationships with guests and team
- Must have a working experience in either a lifestyle luxury bar or a 5* hotel outlet
- Is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader
- Quality oriented with eye for details
- Enjoys being creative
- Experienced in planning and organizing the bar, beverage promotions and activities
- Enjoys being challenged, experienced in problem solving and conflicts
- Very good communication skills in English
