Position Title: Bank Operations Reconcilement Specialist

Assignment Duration: 02/28/2022 – 2/28/2023

Work Location: Hoover AL, 35244

Shifts: Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3 pm, will need to train in person at the work location listed. Full training can take up to 90 days. **Once training is complete, the associate may work remotely with the exception of the first five business days of each month.

Job Description

Associate is provided a daily report that consist of a list of commercial client exceptions. The associate then takes that report and carefully reviews the exceptions for any encoding errors, misapplied payments, wrong check numbers, stop and cancel statuses. After the associate has reviewed and corrected the exceptions accordingly, the exceptions are then sent via-file to the client for them to review. The associate’s responsibility is to then pay or return the exceptions based on the client’s decisions. Throughout the day the recon associate is responsible for sending out daily transmission files, balancing, responding to clients, if needed, adjustments and or cleaning up duplicates/rejects that may be in the system for the clients
