1. Job SummaryBack Office Manager is responsible for the coordination of people and customer management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.2. Responsibilities:Responsible for Operational KPIs /SLAs fulfillment according to the MS ContractConduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery unitsInterface with Customer on various levels regarding the organization monitoring activities and performanceEvaluates and make pro-active recommendations for actions to improve processes as well as other services to enhance service delivery.Be responsible for the Organization and motivation of all operation personnelTeam process identification, modifications & implementation tracking.Team Competence & Performance management.Provide customer and Ops Assurance Director with reports of the Organization performance on a scheduled basis3. Job RequirementsDegree within Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering.At least 8 years of experience in operations and similar position.Storing technical E2E background in Mobile Network service elements and nodes such as RAN, transport, core, cloud ���.etcAware of network KPIs for different technologies (2G, 3G and 4G).4. Additional RequirementsService provider management experienceResource provider management experienceStrong on team leadership, able to lead large/matrix organizationExcellent communication and social skills.High Customer Relationship Management skillsDeep understanding of Service delivery processProcess driver, Strategic thinker, Change MakerAbility to motivate and engage, communicating to empower and develop high performance culture, competence and skillsDelivering results and meeting customer expectationsPlease send your CV to [email protected].
