Automotive Sales Engineer

As a sales representative, it serves as a representative of the company, provides the best solution to customers, contributes to customer satisfaction, and contributes to the company’s sales and profits.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer management

• Consult new applications
• Customer business card and history management
• Manage customer meeting and call schedule
• Internal and external sample testing support
• Consultation on equipment specifications and contract conditions
• Receiving and consulting AS requests

Setup and Operations

• Support for setting up PW welding machine
• Consultation on PW TOOL specifications
• Equipment operation training
• Prepare a separate manual when requested by the customer

document management

• Produce and manage estimates
• Receiving and managing orders
• Preparation and management of contracts
• Electronic Bidding
• Create and manage sales orders
• Support for ACK-related revenue verification
• Support for APTO-related operations
• Create and manage APPLICATION REPORT
• Issuance and management of transaction statements related to equipment and tool delivery
• Preparation of weekly order status report
• Preparation of weekly reports
• Daily report preparation
• Create External Mail for Business

Tax invoice issuance and collection

• Consultation on issuing tax invoices
• FAD support for collection-related work

Additional Responsibilities

• Customer complaints received
• Request support from support department

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

• Understanding the sales process
• Engineering knowledge
• Ability to use a PC
• Ability to utilize MS Office
• English communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Legal knowledge of contracts and labor
• Sales
• Presentation Skill

QUALIFICATION

• University graduate or higher education or higher
• Major in mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering
• Holding a driver’s license
• Traveling abroad is possible
