What You Will Do
- Responsible to work closely with the business and process owners to understand the inefficiencies and generate ideas for automation.
- Be the interface with the Business Areas/Strategic Product Managers and provide business and process automation requirements and explore solutions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Solution Architect within the Automation team of MMEA to ensure that the automation solutions are well integrated within the delivery ecosystem.
- Drive the Proof of Concept (PoC) for the automation solution with the targeted Hubs and Key Accounts and evaluate their impact on business and process efficiencies.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams during the PoC to secure needed dedication and support.
- Provide recommendations based upon the findings of the PoC with supporting argument in business case.
- Be accountable for the end-to-end PoC execution and adoption of the of such new initiatives.
- Responsible to transfer the knowledge, standard process and learning to the local Automation team for the adoption and utilization of the new automation solutions across Market Area.
- Responsible for writing and review of technical documents and automation project and new features related documents.
You will bring!
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
- 5 + years of relevant experience in driving the proof of concept and adoption of the automation solutions and tools.
- Stakeholder Management and written and verbal communication and presentation Skills.
- Certification in project management (PMP) and quality (Six Sigma Green Belt) is preferred
- Experience working with Automation platforms (s); Knowledge of Market trends and technology relating to automation
This is a multi-geography hire open to be hired in Ericsson Egypt, Ghana, Senegal, Turkey, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, Pakistan, Lebanon, Jordan, South Africa, or Sudan.
